Established in 1986, Realty Advocates is a California licensed real estate brokerage. We are also members of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the Berkeley Association of Realtors.

That is, most real estate companies offer the same services and charge the same high fees. In contrast, Realty Advocates offers a unique combination of price and service alternatives to better suit your individual needs. Our listings are exposed both locally and through the Internet to reach the widest possible audience of prospective buyers.
Where other agents charge 6%, or sometimes 5%, our full service commission is usually between 4 and 4.5%.
