Billy has a true passion for helping people love where they live. This passion emerged after he completely renovated and remodeled his own turn of the century bungalow in Berkeley, a process that made him consider and address deep feelings about nature, family, friends and community. By creating a home that he loved, he found a new “calling” in wanting to help others share in the experience of truly loving the place they call home.
His technical background in engineering and design, combined with his ability to listen and identify with his client’s needs are among his strong qualities as a Realtor. He strives to add clarity and value in every aspect of the buying or selling process. He is hard-working and puts his client’s needs and goals first.
When Billy is not connecting people and houses, you’ll probably find him working on his own bunglaow, biking around Berkeley, coaching his kids soccer team or exploring Tilden Park with his wife and three young kids. His kids attend Berkeley public schools and he has a strong commitment to being an active part of his local community. He is an avid hiker and nature-lover and is known for corralling his friends to the coast for epic hikes to find waterfalls and swimming holes on warm summer days!
